The Authors

Adrian is a freelance web designer and Internet entrepreneur. When he’s not working on a new website or tweaking a blog design, he enjoys playing video games or watching TV shows. He’s a big fan of Chinese recipes and seafood and he’s the “snack” from Snack & Salad.

Raluca is a dentist and owns a small and modern dental practice. She enjoys reading and browsing the web (Google is her friend). She’s also a big fan of seafood, but she’s the “salad” from Snack & Salad. Leaves, lots of leaves! That’s her motto.

The Blog

Now that you know how we came up with the blog name, here’s what to expect: as you probably can imagine, this is a food blog. Here you can read about our culinary experiences and experiments, restaurant reviews and all kinds of food related resources from around the web. We like to travel and discover new places and new people, so expect genuine information and photos from our trips.
